In July, two warrants of series 2021/2025, issued within the framework of the incentive program adopted at the annual general meeting 2021, have been exercised for subscription of two new shares in Flerie. Flerie has thereafter carried out a reverse share split of 1:100, whereby one hundred (100) existing shares became one (1) share, with the record date 15 July 2024. The reverse share split was resolved by the extraordinary general meeting on 10 June 2024. Through the issue of two new shares and the subsequent reverse share split, the number of shares and votes in Flerie decreased by 7,728,574,192 from 7,806,640,598 to 78,066,406.
