Fragbite Group AB (publ) (“Fragbite Group”), announces that Lars Johansson has chosen to end his employment as Chief Financial Officer. He will in August 2023 transfer to an advisory role at Fragbite Group. A recruitment process for the CFO role has been initiated.
Lars Johansson has chosen to end his employment as CFO for Fragbite Group by August 2023, but will continue to be available as an advisor to the Group. Lars is leaving his operational role to focus on board directorships and consulting. A recruitment process to engage a new CFO has been initiated.
Lars Johansson joined Fragbite Group in October 2021 after a long career that has included positions such as CFO at NetEnt, Senior Investment Director and acting CEO of Ratos AB, CFO of Swedavia, CFO/COO of TV4 Group AB among others. Lars has led the development of the Group's finance function after the IPO and has worked closely with the Board and CEO, with particular focus on the Group’s M&A activities.
