Francks Kylindustri Holding AB publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm

On 26 April 2024, Francks Kylindustri Holding AB (the “Company”) issued senior secured floating rate bonds of SEK 550 million and a tenor of 3 years (the “Bonds”) under a total framework of SEK 1 250 million. The Bonds have been admitted to trading on the Transfer Market segment of Nasdaq First North Bond Market since 16 May 2024. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, the Company has today submitted an application for admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
The first day of trading in the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or around 23 April 2025.
On account of the application for admission to trading of the Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm, the Company has prepared a prospectus. The prospectus has today been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at the Company’s website, https://francksref.com/investerare/, and at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website, https://www.fi.se/en/.
