Kaisa Tikka-Mustonen appointed Chief People Officer at F-Secure Corporation

Kaisa Tikka-Mustonen (born 1978, M.A.) has been appointed as Chief People Officer and as a member of the Leadership Team of F-Secure Corporation as of 2 September 2024. She will report to Timo Laaksonen, President and CEO of F-Secure.

Tikka-Mustonen has over 15 years of experience in strategic human resources management positions in both scale-ups and large international companies. She has worked in various sectors and her experience covers various industries, from scale-up consulting to high growth digital payments and global technology consulting. Tikka-Mustonen will join F-Secure from Helvar, where she holds the position of Chief People Officer, being responsible for Helvar’s culture development and global people practices. Before that, she has held human resources positions at Nordcloud, Nets and Tieto.
