Correction of half-yearly report for H1 2026

Gefion Group Holdco ApS (the “Company”) hereby corrects its half-yearly report for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2026, originally published on 31 August 2026. The original report omitted certain information required under the Nasdaq First North Bond Market Rulebook (the “Rulebook”), including comparative financial figures, a summarized balance sheet and a statement of changes in equity which is now corrected in the attached corrected half-yearly report which replaces the previously published report.

When preparing the original report, the Company retained the customary format used for reporting to its bondholders. The Company maintained that format to provide continuity, clarity and predictability in its reporting. However, subsequently the Company has become aware that the established reporting format did not meet the minimum content requirements applicable to half-yearly reports under the Rulebook. The Company has therefore supplemented and corrected the report.

In addition to the information previously published, the corrected report includes:

• Comparative figures for the income statement and cash flow statement for the corresponding period in 2025.
• A summarized balance sheet as of 30 June 2026, including comparative figures as of 31 December 2025.
• A statement of changes in equity for the reporting period, including comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2025.
