Notice of written procedure for bonds issued by Gefion Group Holdco ApS

Gefion Group today announces a Written Procedure in relation to Gefion Group Holdco ApS SEK BONDS ISIN: SE0018767881 and EUR BONDS ISIN: SE0018767899 (the “Bonds”) asking for the Bondholders’ approval to amend certain terms of the terms and conditions governing the Bonds.

The request has been made by initiation of a Written Procedure which has been attached to this press release.
