Result of Written Procedure for bonds issued by Gefion Group Holdco ApS

Reference is made to the notice of written procedure for bonds issued by Gefion Group Holdco ApS published on 11 September 2026 which initiated a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”).

We are happy to announce that Bondholders representing the requisite quorum participation and majority votes have approved the proposal set out in the Written Procedure.
 
Consequently, the proposal has today been approved by the Written Procedure.
