Go North announces delay in filing annual financial statements for 2024 and Q1 2025 financial statements

Go North Group AB (publ) was unable to file its audited annual consolidated financial statements for the year 2024 before the deadline of April 30, 2025, as previously announced, and is also unable to file its Q1 2025 report before the deadline of May 31, 2025. The filings are delayed due to limited resources within Go North. Go North expects to file both financial statements by June 30, 2025.
