GO NORTH GROUP AB announces that it has today applied for company restructuring (Sw. företagsrekonstruktion) in Sweden.

The opening of the proceeding is subject to approval by the Göteborgs District Court. Go North’s operations will remain unaffected by the restructuring proceeding and the company will continue to serve its customers in the ordinary course throughout this process.
