The District Court approves Go North’s application for company restructuring

Today, on 16th of September, Gothenburg District Court granted Go North’s application for company restructuring.

This is an acknowledgment that the District Court believes there are good conditions in place for the restructuring to succeed. The court appointed Magnus Löfving from the law firm Lindahl as administrator, in line with the company's proposal. The creditors meeting will take place on the 30th of September in Gothenburgs District Court. The administrator will contact affected creditors.
