The District Court of Gothenburg (Sw. Göteborgs tingsrätt) has today, 27 October 2025, approved Go North Group AB (publ)’s (“Go North” or the “Company”) restructuring plan (Sw. rekonstruktionsplan), marking an important step towards creating long-term sustainable financial conditions for the business.

As announced in a press release on 17 September 2025, stakeholders in Go North’s ongoing company restructuring were summoned to a plan hearing (Sw. planförhandling) as part of the restructuring process. The plan hearing was held on 20 October 2025 in the District Court of Gothenburg.

Go North now announces that the District Court of Gothenburg has approved the restructuring plan submitted to the court by Go North and offered to its creditors. The District Court’s decision can be appealed for three weeks, no later than 17 November 2025, after which the decision gains legal force. Thereafter and provided that the decision enters into force, the company restructuring, which has been ongoing since 16 September 2024, will be terminated.

  • ”We are grateful for the court's approval and the support from our creditors throughout this process This decision provides Go North with the solid foundation we need to move forward with renewed focus and financial stability.”, says Ryan Looysen, CEO.

Go North intends to commence the implementation of the restructuring plan announced by Go North in a press release on 17 September 2025 after the District Court's decision has gained legal force. Further information regarding the detailed timetable for the implementation of the restructuring plan will be published via a press release in connection with the termination of the company restructuring. The restructuring plan is expected to be implemented within four weeks thereafter.
