Written procedures under Go North’s outstanding bonds

Go North Group AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Go North”) announces that separate written procedures (the Written Procedures”) under the Company’s outstanding bonds; (i) the senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN NO0012829847 (SEK Tranche) and NO0012829854 (USD Tranche) (the “Old Senior Bonds”), (ii) the senior secured floating rate bonds with ISIN NO0013165845 (Cash Tranche) and NO0013165852 (Set-off Tranche) (the “Super Senior Bonds”) and (iii) the senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN NO0013148411 (the “Back Stop Fee Notes” and jointly the “Bonds”) has been issued by CSC (Sweden) AB (the “Agent”) at the request of a group of holders of the Bonds for the purpose of approving the establishment of ad hoc committees for each of the respective Bonds. The notices of Written Procedures are available on the Company’s and the Agent’s respective websites.
The outcome of the Written Procedures will be announced by way of press release in connection with the termination of the Written Procedures. The voting record date is 27 February 2025 and the last day for voting in the Written Procedures is 18 March 2025.
