Goodbye Kansas Group’s (publ) subsidiary Vobling has signed renewed and updated reseller agreements with its partners Dafo Brand AB and Gloria GmbH. The agreement with Dafo Brand gives the company an exclusive right to sell VR Fire Trainer in Sweden and Finland, and in addition a non-exclusive right in Norway, while the agreement with Gloria GmbH provides for an exclusive right for Gloria to sell VR Fire Trainer in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, Gloria GmbH also has a non-exclusive right to sell VR Fire Trainer in the Netherlands, UK and Poland.
In line with Goodbye Kansas Group’s strategy to narrow the focus of its business and increase profitability, Vobling has recently divested its consultancy business in order to fully focus on the VR Fire Trainer product.
