The following changes to the Group management team will take effect.

Jakob Körner, currently Head of M&A and member of the Group management team, has been appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and member of the Group management team. Jakob Körner has held several leading positions since he joined Green Landscaping Group in 2012.

Marcus Holmström will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Group management team on 17 December at the latest, as communicated earlier.

Daniel Linderståhl, currently Regional Manager Sweden, has been appointed Head of Lean and member of the Group management team. Daniel Linderståhl joined Green Landscaping Group in 2019 in conjunction with the acquisition of Svensk Markservice, where he held leading positions over many years. Daniel Linderståhl replaces Pierre Kubalski, who will transition from his current position as Head of Lean and member of the Group management team, to assume the role of Regional Manager Baltics and Eastern Europe.

Sam Monsén, currently a member of the Group’s M&A team, has been appointed Head of M&A and member of the Group management team. Sam Monsén joined Green Landscaping Group in 2022, with prior experience from a variety of M&A roles.
