MÖLNDAL, SWEDEN, 23 June 2022 –– Hedin Automotive TL NV, a subsidiary to Hedin Mobility Group AB (publ), has entered an agreement for the acquisition of the Toyota dealer Marc Janssens BV in Geel, Belgium.

Following the three acquisitions of the Toyota dealerships De Laat in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, Trullemans in Dilbeek, and Klaasen & Co in Turnhout earlier this year, this means that Hedin Automotive will represent three Toyota dealerships and one combined Toyota/Lexus dealership in Belgium.

This is adding to Hedin Automotive’s Mercedes-Benz operation in Belgium, which currently consists of 15 Mercedes-Benz dealerships plus the previously announced acquisition of four additional dealerships in Antwerp. All in all, this brings the total number of dealerships to 23 across Flanders, which strengthens the company's position as one of largest dealer groups in the region.

The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
