Reference is made to the announcement by Gróska ehf. (“Gróska”) regarding the outcome of a bondholders’ meeting for the bond series GRÓSKA 29 GB.
At the meeting, proposed amendments to the terms and conditions of the bond series GRÓSKA 29 GB were approved. The amendments primarily entail a substitution of the issuer, whereby Heimar hf. (“Heimar”) will assume the role of issuer in place of Gróska, and that claims under the bonds will be secured under Heimar’s general security arrangement instead of the current collateral arrangement.
The Board of Directors of Heimar has approved the amendments for its part. The amendments are expected to take effect upon completion of the relevant documentation and registration of the relevant security.
Please note that in case of discrepancy in the English and the Icelandic versions, the Icelandic version shall prevail.
