Change in Number of Votes in Hexatronic
The number of votes in Hexatronic Group AB (publ) changed during July 2026. During the month, the long-term incentive programme LTIP 2023 matured and participants were allotted shares, whereby 21,959 Class C shares were converted into ordinary shares.
As a result of the above change, which was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office during July, the total number of votes increased by 19,763. As of 31 July 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of outstanding shares in Hexatronic amounted to 225,254,227, of which 221,448,661 were ordinary shares, corresponding to 221,448,661 votes, and 3,805,566 were Class C shares, corresponding to 380,556 votes. The share capital amounted to SEK 2,252,542.27. Hexatronic holds all Class C shares in treasury.
