Holmström Fastigheter divests its stake in Ankarhagen

Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (“Holmström Fastigheter”) is divesting its 20% stake in Ankarhagen Holding AB (“Ankarhagen”). The purchase price for the shares and shareholder loans to Ankarhagen amounts to approximately SEK 120 million.
