Holmström Fastigheter divests property in Örnsköldsvik and Husum

On 15 October 2026, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter"), through its subsidiaries, signed an agreement with a company within the NSI Invest AB group ("NSI Invest") for the divestment of a portfolio comprising 21 properties located in Örnsköldsvik and Husum. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 172 million. Completion of the transaction is scheduled for 1 December 2026.
