Holmström Fastigheter divests property in the Stockholm region

On 28 October 2026, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter"), through its subsidiaries, signed an agreement with a company within the SBF Fonder AB group ("SBF") for the divestment of 4 properties located in the Stockholm region. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 296,75 million. Completion of the transaction is scheduled no later than 30 November 2026.
