The Board of Directors of Humana AB has decided to withdraw the notice of the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2026. The Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General Meeting 2026 will be held on June 1. The notice will be issued through a separate press release.
The reason for the above decisions is that a technical error has arisen in the making of the notice available, which has led to shareholders not having the access to the notice that Chapter 7. 56 a § of the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551) requires.
