OncoZenge - Rights issue funds Phase III execution

Impala Nordic comments on OncoZenge AB (publ) ("OncoZenge" or the "Company") H1 2026 and the resolution to carry out a rights issue of approximately 33,3 MSEK to fund the pivotal Phase III trial of BupiZenge™.

The issue secures the company’s near-term liquidity, is approximately 80 percent covered, and is backed by guarantees from Life Science Invest Fund, John Haurum and Erik Selin. Attention now shifts firmly to the final subscription outcome and, ultimately, the pace of patient recruitment.
