Impala Nordic publishes a report comment on Seamless Distribution Systems AB (“SDS” or the “Company”) following the Q1 2026 report.

SDS delivers its strongest quarterly profit since its IPO, with earnings before tax at 10.3 MSEK. While the profitability improvement is significant, revenue recovery remains a key priority. Order intake was notably active during the quarter and into the post-period, with several wins across the Middle East, Africa, and the Bahamas. The coming quarters will be defined by the pace at which the pipeline converts to revenue and any developments around the outstanding bond structure.
