Increase of the share capital of IPAS Indexo and AS INDEXO Banka
The investment company SIA “Pirmdiena” (registration No. 40203087047), owned by Lauris Liberts, founder and co-owner of Draugiem Group, subscribed for 1,200,000 new IPAS “INDEXO” shares in a private placement at an issue price of EUR 2.50 per share, investing a total of EUR 3,000,000 in the Company. A separate notification regarding the transaction has been published pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014.
On 26 October 2026, the Latvian Register of Enterprises registered the corresponding increase in the share capital of IPAS “INDEXO” by EUR 300,000.
On the same day, an increase in the share capital of AS “INDEXO Banka” by EUR 2,970,000 was also registered. The increase was carried out pursuant to a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of INDEXO Banka.
