The new train depot will be built directly adjacent to Intea's existing train depot and will have a lettable area of 3,500 square meters. The contract sum is estimated to amount to almost SEK 300 million. Construction start is planned for spring 2023, with occupancy in spring 2025.

The lease agreement previously entered into with Västtrafik runs for 25 years from the completion of the train depot, with a preliminary annual rental value of SEK 23.6 million.
