Henrik Resmark brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership and business development in public companies, most recently serving as CFO of Maximum Entertainment AB, listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. His extensive background in corporate finance, financial analysis, and business development across both private equity-owned and publicly listed companies will further strengthen Intellego’s financial organization.

This organizational development is part of Intellego’s ongoing efforts to optimize its executive structure and ensuring continued scalability and sound governance in line with its growth ambitions and increased communication with Intellego’s shareholders which Henrik will focus on together with the company’s new IR advisors.

“I have been following the company for the last year and as part of the onboarding process as COO I have already reviewed Intellego’s sales processes, accounting, meet with the board and participated in meeting with the company’s auditor which gives me a solid foundation to also assume the role as CFO.
