Íslandsbanki hf. has today concluded an offering of covered bonds. Total demand amounted to ISK 7,240m.
The index linked series ISB CBI 29 was sold for an amount of ISK 3,920m at a yield of 3.72%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 5,820m at a yield ranging from 3.65% to 3.77%. The Bank is selling previously issued own bonds.
The non-index linked series ISB CBF 27 was sold for an amount of ISK 1,380m at 1-month REIBOR + 0.40%. Total offers received amounted to ISK 1,420m at REIBOR + 0.38% to REIBOR + 0.42%. The Bank is selling previously issued own bonds.
In connection with the auction, holders of the series ISB CBI 24 were offered to sell the covered bonds in the series against covered bonds bought in the above-mentioned auction. The clean price of the series ISB CBI 24 was predefined at 99.8112 (yield 4.10%). The Bank buys back a nominal amount of ISK 1,780m in the series.
