In relation to Íslandsbanki’s covered bond auction yesterday, was a covered bond exchange offer where holders of the series ISB CBI 26 could sell the covered bonds in the series against covered bonds bought in the auction at a predefined clean price of 100.36.

The covered bond exchange offer results in Íslandsbanki buying ISK 1,320m in the series ISB CBI 26.

Settlement will take place on 11 March 2026.

The transaction was managed by Íslandsbanki‘s Fixed Income Sales.
