Reference is made to an announcement made by Íslandsbanki hf. (hereinafter the Bank) on 6 June 2025 regarding the convening of a shareholders meeting was announced. The shareholders meeting is being held today at 16:00 at the Bank‘s headquarters at Hagasmári 3, Kópavogi. Attention is drawn to the Bank‘s website where all meeting material is available.  The Bank's Board of Directors has published an amendment to its proposal on the remuneration policy, which it intends to present at the meeting.
