S&P revises its rating outlook on Íslandsbanki's covered bond programme from stable to positive

S&P Global Ratings (S&P) has today revised its rating outlook on Íslandsbanki’s covered bond programme from stable to positive. At the same time the A+ credit rating for Íslandsbanki's covered bond programme and related issuances was affirmed.
This follows from S&P’s revised rating outlook on the Icelandic sovereign from stable to positive and affirmed credit rating of A+, announced on 6 March 2026.
