JonDeTech Sensors AB (publ) ("JonDeTech" or the "Company") has entered into a distribution agreement with Millenium Semiconductors Pvt. Ltd. ("Millenium") for the distribution of JonDeTech's products in the Indian market. The distribution agreement, initially valid for three years, grants Millenium the right to distribute all products in JonDeTech's portfolio in India.
Founded in 1995, Millenium is one of the leading and fastest-growing distributors of electronic components in India. Millenium offers a wide range of electronic components, catering to various industries globally.
Under the agreement, Millenium is granted the right to distribute all products in JonDeTech's portfolio. The initial term of the agreement is three years, with an option for renewal. As part of the agreement, JonDeTech has delivered the EVK J40CL, EVK J30HF, and EVK J20CL evaluation kits to Millenium. These evaluation kits will facilitate the integration of JonDeTech's advanced sensor systems into various products and projects by Millenium. The kits provide Millenium and its customers with the opportunity to explore and leverage the groundbreaking benefits of JonDeTech's sensor technologies.
