JonDeTech Sensors AB (publ) ("JonDeTech" or "the Company") announces that the Company has entered into an additional agreement to the distribution agreement entered into with Ansal Components in the beginning of 2024.
The additional agreement extends the contract period from three to five years and commits Ansal Components to order sensors from JonDeTech of at least SEK 1.8 million during the contract period. The delivery of the Company's sensors is planned to begin in 2024 and will primarily include the JIRS30 and JIRS40 sensor models.
The agreement is an important part of JonDeTech's go-to-market strategy and confirms that JonDeTech's sensor products can reach a global market through the Company's distribution network.
"We are happy to have secured an order from one of our European distributors, which confirms our growth strategy as well as the demand for our sensors. It is especially gratifying to have received a large order from a distributor operating in Europe," says JonDeTech's CEO Leif Borg.
The order does not have any major impact on the Company's financial position, but it is deemed to be an important prerequisite for future sales to the Company's customers and distributors.
