Jumpgate finalizes external financing of 19 MSEK for new game project with Trophy Games

As announced in December last year, Jumpgate subsidiary Tivola Games GmbH has entered into a development agreement for a yet to be announced mobile game. Jumpgate is pleased to announce that the publisher of the game is Trophy Games Development A/S (“Trophy Games”) and the total budget for the project of ca 19 million SEK has now been finalized. The project budget is divided between 10.5 million SEK being provided by Trophy Games and 8.5 million SEK being provided by funds from the German federal programme for game co-financing.
The project duration is 15 months with a planned start in mid-March 2026. The project will primarily be executed by Tivola Games with some support from the Publisher. The partnership centers on the creation of a yet-to-be-announced mobile game focused on managing, breeding and competing with horses. Jumpgate has a significant upside through revenue share after the Publisher has recovered its development costs.
