K33 Markets AS, a subsidiary of K33 AB (publ), and Stack by Me AS (“Stack”) have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to explore a strategic collaboration. The partnership aims to integrate K33’s cryptocurrency trading infrastructure and crypto investing know-how with Stack x me, Stack’s investment app, enabling users to seamlessly access digital assets within a familiar and trusted platform.
Through this partnership, Stack will continue its mission to make investing more accessible and intuitive, empowering users to diversify their portfolios effortlessly. K33’s trusted trading infrastructure and secure custody services will enable seamless cryptocurrency investments, ensuring compliance and security at every step. Subject to regulatory and technical feasibility, the integrated solution is targeted for launch before summer 2025. In addition, Stack and K33 will create educational content for beginner crypto investors.
