Kamux, an omni-channel company specialized in preowned cars and related integrated services, has acquired the privately-owned Swedish Webcars Logistics AB. With the acquisition Kamux significantly strengthens its capabilities to efficiently source cars that are relevant to its customers. In addition, the acquisition enables more efficient car logistics.

Webcars Logistics AB, founded in 2016, is a privately owned entrepreneur-led operator specializing in the purchase, logistics and export of used cars. Webcars’ annual revenue in 2023 was approximately EUR 28 million and it has six employees, all of whom will transfer to Kamux. A large part of the approximately 2,500–3,000 cars bought and sold annually by the company have been sold in Finland, but the company also has customers in several other countries in Europe. Under Kamux's ownership, Webcars will continue to operate as an independent unit continuing to serve its existing customers. Going forward, it will be reported as part of Group functions.
