As of today, 28 March 2024, the number of shares in Karnell Group AB (publ) ("Karnell") amounts to 51,670,993, divided into 6,180,520 shares of class A and 45,490,473 shares of class B. The number of votes in Karnell amounts to 107,295,673 as of the same date.
The number of shares and votes in Karnell has changed during March as a result of new issues of (i) 8,333,333 shares of class B issued in the offering that was carried out in connection with the admission to trading of the company's shares of class B on Nasdaq Stockholm on 22 March 2024 (the "Listing") and (ii) 723,826 shares of class B issued in the repurchase and set-off offer directed to certain holders of warrants in Karnell that was carried out in connection with the Listing. In total, the number of shares has increased by 9,057,159 shares of class B and the number of votes has increased by 9,057,159.
