Kebni AB (publ) announces the signing of, and execution under, a technical collaboration framework agreement with Aimpoint AB to prepare for a potential integration of the Kebni SensAItion IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) in a future Aimpoint application. The specific use case is currently confidential.

The partnership with Aimpoint, a globally recognized leader in electro-optical sight technology, represents an important strategic reference for Kebni and expands Kebni’s reach into a new application area based on Kebni’s SensAItion platform.

This collaboration does not include any volume commitment, production contract, or guaranteed order volumes. As such, it is not expected to generate any significant financial impact in the near term.
