In connection with a planned capital raise in Iceland and a listing of Klappir in Sweden, the company has entered into agreements with Fossar fjárfestingarbanki hf. as manager and financial adviser relating to the raise in Iceland, and Bergs Securities AB as Certified Adviser in Sweden. The capital raise is planned for the second quarter of 2026, and the Swedish listing for the second half of 2026.

The capital raise, up to €8 million, is a key component of Klappir's growth plans, covering both organic and acquisitive growth.
The Swedish listing will strengthen Klappir's access to international capital markets, broaden its funding options, and support the development of an active market for its shares.
These steps mark important milestones in Klappir's international development and lay a solid foundation for the company's continued long-term growth and value creation.
