Klimator signs agreement worth MSEK 1.1 with Danish municipality
Klimator AB (publ) has signed a new agreement with a Danish municipality for the deployment of the decision support platform Saltera Road Status, in combination with Saltera IoT Road Weather Stations and the implementation and integration of BM Systems’ infrastructure. The base agreement is worth MSEK 1.1, of which MSEK 0.9 is expected to be recognized as revenue during the third and fourth quarters of 2026, and includes deliveries of both hardware and software.
The project strengthens Klimator’s position in the Nordic market for intelligent winter road maintenance and once again provides important confirmation of Klimator’s position and offering.
“By combining Klimator’s Saltera platform with local IoT road weather data and the implementation of BM Systems, we gain an operational platform that both provides a significantly more precise and operationally useful view of upcoming road conditions and at the same time makes it possible to act earlier and more accurately. This increases safety for road users while optimizing our customers’ use of salt, fuel and personnel.”
Implementation will begin in Q3 with the installation of Saltera IoT Road Weather Stations together with the configuration of Saltera Road Status and the implementation and integration of BM Systems. Go‑live is planned for the coming winter season.
