In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting held on 20 May 2025, the Chair of the Board of Klimator has ensured that the company’s three largest shareholders by voting power have each been offered the opportunity to appoint a representative to the Nomination Committee, in accordance with the share register dated 30 September 2025.
Based on discussions with owners in order of size, the following will apply:
- Torbjörn Gustafsson
- Jörgen Bogren
- Elin Vigrestad (NEW)
Elin Vigrestad is the Deputy CEO for Operations and Maintenance at Mesta. Mesta is the market leader in road operations and maintenance in Norway and has the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) and the country’s 15 county municipalities as its largest customers. Mesta has been a leader in the use of Klimator in Norway and has been an important contributor to the company’s development in recent years, both as a customer and as an owner.
Vigrestad has worked at Mesta for 6 years, first as Chief Operating Officer before moving to the commercial side in 2021.
Previously, she spent 14 years in various management roles at DNB, Norway’s largest bank. She holds a degree in political science from the University of Oslo / Free University of Berlin. Vigrestad lives in Oslo and also holds several commitments in boards and committees related to the construction and transport sectors in Norway.
The Nomination Committee shall prepare and present proposals to the Annual General Meeting 2026 regarding:
- election of the chair of the meeting
- election of the chair of the board and the members of the company’s board
- remuneration to the chair of the board and to the members of the company’s board
- election of and remuneration to the auditor and, where applicable, the deputy auditor
