In accordance with the decision at the Annual General Meeting held on May 16, 2024, the Chair of the Board of Directors at Klimator has ensured that the company’s three largest shareholders, in terms of voting rights, have each been invited to appoint one representative to the Nomination Committee based on the shareholder register dated September 30, 2024.
Following discussions with shareholders in order of size, Torbjörn Gustafsson, Jörgen Bogren, and Petter Wingstrand will form the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee will prepare and propose to the Annual General Meeting:
- The election of the chair of the Annual General Meeting
- The election of the Chair and members of the Board of Directors
- Remuneration for the Chair and members of the Board of Directors
- The election of and remuneration for the auditor and, if applicable, deputy auditor
Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so via email at jorgen.bogren@klimator.se no later than March 15, 2025.
