Comment from John O’Connor, CEO:
“I am delighted that we have been able to achieve such a high subscription rate, which I see as a vote of confidence in Kollect, from both Nordic and Irish investors.
The warrant program has enabled a wide range of new shareholders to join the Company, diversifying our investor base further. I am also proud that so many existing shareholders have chosen to execute their warrants demonstrating continued belief in Kollect.
Looking forward, the 99% subscription rate and the proceeds raised means that we are well capitalized and will be able to execute on our strategy. We will continue to take advantage of the market opportunity which is in front of us.”
