Today on Mar 7, 2022, - Waterford, Ireland - Kollect on Demand Holding AB (publ) (“Kollect” or the “Company”) announces an online investor presentation to discuss the successful disposal of the bin collection business.
The Company announced the successful disposal of its bin collection business to Beauparc for approx. MSEK 25 paid on completion on Friday, 4 March 2022.
Kollect’s CEO, John O’Connor, will give an investor presentation online via a Zoom meeting at 1pm CET/ 12pm Irish time today, 7 Mar 2022, to discuss the disposal.
