Kollect on Demand Holding AB (publ) (“Kollect” or the “Company”) completed a directed issue of units consisting of shares and warrants of series TO1 during the third quarter of 2020. The subscription price for the warrants of series TO1 was to be determined as 70 percent of the volume-weighted average price of the Company’s shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the measurement period from July 26, 2021, up until August 6, 2021, however not higher than SEK 15.00. During the measurement period, the volume-weighted average price in the Company’s share was SEK 11.83, the subscription price for the warrants of series TO1 is therefore set to SEK 8.28. The subscription period for warrants of series TO1 runs from today, August 9, 2021, up to and including August 20, 2021.
If all the warrants of series TO1 are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 30.6 million before issuing costs. In order to prevent the warrants expiring without value, the holder must actively subscribe for new shares no later than August 20, 2021. Alternatively, the holder may sell the warrants, though no later than August 18, 2021. Please be aware that certain nominees may close their application process earlier than August 20, 2021.
