Konsolidator A/S completes refinancing plan

Konsolidator announced in its Annual Report 2025 (see company announcement no. 3-2026) that refinancing its long-term loans with Denmark's Export and Investment Fund (EIFO) and 2L Kapital A/S was a key priority in 2026. In June 2026, Konsolidator completed the first step of the refinancing plan through a new loan agreement to pay off the loan with 2L Kapital A/S, improving Konsolidator's cash position by DKK 2.5m annually in 2027 and 2028 and by DKK 1.0m in 2026 (see company announcement 8-2026).

Konsolidator has signed a DKK 6m loan agreement, which, effective from 1 October 2026, will refinance the existing EIFO loan. The loan carries a fixed interest rate of 9%, with interest payable quarterly. The loan matures in September 2029 and includes an option for Konsolidator to repay annually. The proceeds will be used to refinance the EIFO loan, which carries an interest rate of CIBOR3 plus 10.5%, corresponding to an interest of approximately 14%, with interest and repayments payable quarterly. The new loan will improve Konsolidator’s cash position with a further DKK 1.7m in 2027 and 2028.

The lenders consist of a consortium of existing investors, including Chair of the Board Michael Moesgaard and CEO Claus Finderup Grove.

CFO Jack Skov comments: “With this agreement, we have completed the refinancing plan outlined in our annual report. Combined, the two refinancing initiatives are expected to improve liquidity by DKK 4.2m annually in 2027 and 2028 and support our continued focus on reaching positive cash flow."

Guidance remains unchanged with CARR between DKK 27-29m, revenue between DKK 27-29m, and EBITDA between 1-2m.
