KoskiRent Plc will bring forward the publication date of its financial statements review for the financial year 2025 and postpone the publication of its annual Report. The new publication date for the financial statements review is 27 February 2026. The Annual Report, including the Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements, will be published on at the latest on 8 April 2026. The rescheduling is due to the earlier-than-anticipated finalization of the financial figures and the preparation schedule of the company’s Annual Report.
KoskiRent Plc’s updated financial reporting calendar for 2026 is below:
· Financial statements review 2025 on Friday, February 27, 2026
· Interim report January–March 2026 on Friday, May 29, 2026
· Half-year report January – June 2026 on Monday, August 31, 2026
· Interim report January – September 2026 on Monday, November 30, 2026
The Annual Report for the year 2025, including financial statements and the Report of the Board of Directors will be published at the latest on, April 8, 2026. KoskiRent’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
The financial reports are published in Finnish and English, and can be accessed on the company website at https://modulo.fi/investors/reports-and-presentations/ from the moment of publication.
KoskiRent observes a 30-day silent period before the publication of financial reports.
