KoskiRent Plc postpones the publication date of its Annual Report for the financial year 2025. The new publication date of the Annual Report, including the Report of the Board of Directors, is 17 April 2026 at the latest. The postponement is due to a delay in the completion of the European Single Electornic Format (ESEF) process.
 
KoskiRent Plc’s financial reporting calendar for 2026 is below:
· Interim report January–March 2026 on Friday, May 29, 2026
· Half-year report January – June 2026 on Monday, August 31, 2026
· Interim report January – September 2026 on Monday, November 30, 2026
 
The Annual Report for the year 2025, including financial statements and the Report of the Board of Directors will be published at the latest on, 17 April, 2026. KoskiRent’s Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date.
 
The financial reports are published in Finnish and English, and can be accessed on the company website at https://modulo.fi/investors/reports-and-presentations/ from the moment of publication.
 
KoskiRent observes a 30-day silent period before the publication of financial reports.
