Claim assignment agreement executed on the Spanish market

Claim assignment agreement with the bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. executed on the Spanish market.

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the Company) announces that today the Company’s subsidiary InvestCapital Ltd. of Malta (the Buyer) has signed agreement with the bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. of Spain (Agreement, the Bank). Under the Agreement, InvestCapital Ltd. purchased from the Bank an unsecured retail debt portfolio with outstanding balance of approx. EUR 427m (PLN 1,898.91m at the mid exchange rate quoted by the National Bank of Poland for July 12th 2023).
Terms and conditions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly used in agreements of such type.
