Information on the upholding of the rating by the credit rating agency S&P Global

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on March 5th 2025 the credit rating agency S&P Global has confirmed the KRUK Group's corporate rating at 'BB-' with a stable outlook.
At the same time, the Company informs about the decision to terminate the contract with the Agency.
