The candidacy for a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) with reference to the reports dated on December 30th 2024, and c dated on December 31st 2024, informs that on January 9th 2025 it received from Shareholder Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" (Shareholder), represented by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Mr Marcin Paluch as an independent member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
The information that refers to the application, a statement of the candidacy and the curriculum vitae was  submitted as attached.
